I want to pump the data from excel spread sheet to oracle table and i wanna skip first 3 records , some columns in the table.

Use SQL Loader's SKIP = 3 parameter to skip the first 3 records. For details, look at the Oracle Utilities User Guide.

Make sure you have Excel save the file in either comma-separated or tab-separated formats; these are easy for SQL*Loader to work with.
