we used to take daily backup using exp/imp utility.
yesterday the export process terminated leaving error as follows

EXP-00030: Unexpected End-Of-File encountered while reading input
. . exporting table CLMMCDerror closing export file (null)
EXP-00002: error in writing to export file
EXP-00002: error in writing to export file
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully

we have the filesize of 2g with 50 export files specified ...what might be the problem behind this ..??

shall we increase the filesize value more than 2g ...?

plz advice...

regards
bala

first, export is not a backup method.
it seems that, your have reached some filesystem limitation.
If your OS is limiting the filesize with 2g, then you may want to split the files.
If you are already exporting into multiple files then
add another file in your export command line.
