Hi All,
I am calling one function from one database to another database with the help of dblink.
But the problem is some days before it was working fine.
But now the function execution is taking too much time, can any one pls let me why it can be so.

Or is there any seting i have to do for the dblink.

Or Where i can look for the performance related issue with the dblink.

First make sure the statistics are updated in the remote database.

DB link performance also depends upon the network .. if the source and destination db's are at two different locations then consider the speed of the network also ..

This is rather important in your case since you said the very same function was OK last day ..
