Hi all,
How can one find out what the account structure flexifield is made out of. (ie what does the combination stand for? company.department etc)
Also, once one does find out- is there in Oracle 'Company' table, or 'Department' table. If so, where could I find those?
Thanks in advance,
g.

Go to General Ledger Super user responsibility.
setup>financials>flexfileds>key>segments
query for %General% in Application window.
See for the account structure name that ur company
is using.
click segments and u get all the segments ur company uses.

If you have access to Sysad module 1.Enter your User name.In the assign responsbility field query General Ledger Super User and attach your user name.
Now you can access General Ledger module.
