Pls., I want to create 6 tab canvases (3 tab canvases on each row) such that i can have the first 3 tabs lined up on top of the other 3 tabs(see attached doc).
I use Oracle 9iDS
I will be most happy if you can provide me with the solution. Thank you.

Why not use buttons instead of tabs? You can have a stacked canvas that has the 6 (six) buttons and then 6 other stacked canvases to which you navigate depending on which button is pressed.
You can change the font weight to bold when the button is active as per the 'Active Style' of the canvas property. Unfortunately, you will not have the 'clear' area that connects the tab and the active area.
