I saw lots of people want to know the format of oracle block, and it's very easy to reveal the block format, is it legal to put thos information to the www?

Good question - Oracle's license agreement prohibits reverse engineering of their code. However, I haven't seen anything about block structures. I would assume it's a no-no as well as you need to reverse engineer some code before you will be able to understand Oracle's block structures.

Why don't you try to contact Oracle's legal department? They should be able to give you a definitive answer.
