AST is currently looking at adding an experienced Applications Architect to our Oracle CRM practice. Candidates should have hands-on experience and excellent communication skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-----------------
***5+ Years of business and IT experience with in-depth knowledge of business and technical aspects of Oracle's CRM suite (prefer strong background working with Oracle Telesales, Online Marketing & Online Sales and Partners Online modules)
***Strong Oracle Apps technology stack and architecture knowledge and setup experience within Oracle's CRM modules (i.e., Oracle schema, open interfaces, APIs for CRM Modules and Trading Community Architecture (TCA))
***Demonstrated knowledge/experience working with Oracle's 11.5.10 release for CRM modules and architecture as they compare to earlier releases
***CRM Process Engineering/Best Practices analysis experience
***Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with outstanding people skills
***4-Year/BS degree
OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
----------------------------
***At least one full CRM implementation project for version 11.5.10
***Experience with Oracle Workflow
***Knowledge of query tools (Discoverer, Toad)
***Paper Presentations at Oracle user conferences
