i have small doubt regarding

ORA-1653 'Unable to extend by 12800 in tablespace XYZ'

What is the unit of 12800,is it Kb or Mb.

and what does it mean

Does it mean that Orace wants a total space of 12800 or is it that Oracle has allocated space and it wants another 12800.

It is the number of contiguous blocks required to grow the table with.
