I have installed a Oracle8i it is working fine. but I can't find Oracle Navigator for creating & modifing the tables and users.
Please help Me

Thanks for your prompt reply.

My Oracle 8i & Developer 2000 is working fine but I can't login in DBA Studio . It gives me error
ORA-12545 - Connect Failed because target host or object does not exist.
ORA-12541 - TNS No Listener.

Please give me detailed procedure to log & creating user & table using DBA Studio.

create a proper entry in your tnsnames.ora file..and if you have multiple oracle homes check you current oracle home setting.
