Hi All,

I think ths is a basic question, but I searched metalink for nothing.
I do need a list of the database parameter which are NOT online changeable since Oracle 9i.

Look at the v$parameter view. ISSESMODIFIABLE and ISSYSMODIFIABLE columns to tell you that.

I thought that there will be a list, but i will gather the rwsults this way.
