Hi Veena,
Actually u can do OCA in both tracks as i told u ( DBA or DEVELOPER ) . If u go for DBA track from 9i then u have to appear in two exams i.e.
-- Introduction to SQL .
-- Fundamental I .
after completing both the exams u wil become an OCA. and the next two .i.e
-- Fundamental II ( Backup & recovery )
-- Performance tuning
after completing all four -- OCP.
Its upto u whether u want to take coaching from outside or wanna prepare by urself cos i think u know it better. NO one else can suggest u in that.
I jst got ur another mail so let me tell u. The above details regards to a DBA ( Data Base Administrator).
Those forms, reports comes under DEVELOPER track. For Developers track , i think u need to clear 3 exams to become an OCP.
The major difference is a DEVELOPER is a developer(can call programmer) and a DBA is an adminsitrator.
So its better to check the course ware from any institute who is providing coaching for Oracle. Try to do it on 10g cos its latest in the market.
U can also check this link

regards,
tarun
