is it possible to download enterprise manager for oracle 9i from internet
and what is isqlplus

Hi Sarfraz,

I suppose for 9i Enterprise manager comes with the Oracle S/W itself, no way to download it individually.

isqlplus is a tool provided to use Oracle from the browser.

You can use it for transactions but can't do any administration activity.
Write

http://localhost/isqlplus

in the browser of the server hosting Oracle and its ready to use.
