I have 1 primary server, 1 physical standby server, I want to delete applyed archive log files from both primary site and standby site automatically, cos it fills hard disk quickly. If there any Oracle automated process to do it, becose in v$archived_log table I see column with name 'Deleted'.

U can easily do it with the v$archive_log view or the alert_log file.
The column deleted in this view concern u if u are using rman to manage recovery.
