| db console on WinXP doesn't start [message #128803] |

I have a verified good Oracle 10g installation on Win XP SP2 tested with all conuctivity and functionality.
When I reboot the machine though, the DB console doesn't start although when you look in the Services the process is set up to start automatically. I can connect to SQLPlus, but not to the Db console. If I start it manually - there's no a problem - works like charm... But every day coming to work I have to do it manually...
I did try to set it up to Manual, then strat it and then to reset the Auto start - it did not work...
How can I fix that?
