hi
in my sys even i cant create table also one of our dba has locked everything for me only one user name /pwd is there but for that also no previllege and no space . i cant enter into sysdba and sysoper also...its telling no previllege to enter it seems...what can i do any idea,s...just i want to enter into that sysdba and i want to give the previllege ....

You cannot grant yourself privileges. It sounds like you need to have a chat with your DBA. If need be, buy him/her lunch.
