Today,I tried to install Oracle's latest ODBC driver but it says it needs a higher version of OUI.I got mycurrent OUI during installation of 10gR1 and do not know how could I upgrade it?
Any help will be so appreciated.

I believe (I think I did this before, but am a bit sketchy on the details) you can download and install oracle universal installer just like you would anything else. I think it even has a universal installer for the universal installer. Look for it on Metalink.
