Hi,
I am trying the following stement in sql * plus.
But I am getting the follwoing error.
Can any one help me to solve?

SQL> cd $home/admin/udump
SP2-0734: unknown command beginning "cd $home/a..." - rest of line ignored.

HI
cd is not an SQL command. Its an OS command. If you want to use this... pls put ! before the command.
eg:
sql> !cd /test
