Can i stall Oracle 9i and 10g on same computer?
Or should I install Oracle 10g in VMware?

hi,

yea you can install 9i and 10g on same machine but the oracle home for both the database must be different.. and the name of both the database must be different.

But Keep in the mind that Oracle 10g uses heavy memory of your computer. It takes almost 40% of your RAM memory.

Yeah, It can be installed separetely but the Advise is "NOT to install" unless you have a bigger machine with a bigger memory.

Please read the Oracle10g installtion guide for details.
