Hello,

We're setting up a new 64-bit Windows 2003 server that has dual Xeon processors. I found a service bulletin on Metalink stating that 10g 64-bit Oracle is only supported on Itanium processors. Has anyone tried 10g 64-bit on Xeon processors? Or has anyone tried 32-bit 10g on 64-bit Windows 2003 server? What were the results? Problems?

As the Xeon processor is actually a member of the x86, it is supported, AFAIK.

And Itanium is a different processor family, hence it is mentioned apart from the others
