i have developed some forms, menu and i can run them using Oracle Forms Builder, using the Running Form button, but i would like to know what i must do to be able to run these forms without using Forms Builder.... And whst should I have

What version of forms are you running?
Where do you want to run the application? On your PC, on the central computer (what operating system is it?), or at a client site (you want to distribute a system).

try this.
In the properties of form runtime,specify form name and the user/password@sid.
eg
d:\formrun\run.fmx scott/tiger@dbase2
it will run

that is my master theses and I want to run it in a client site (i must do the whole application that i should run and presetnt to defended my project)...
(win xp + client tools for oracle)

Use power point with screen shots, or a video capture software like macromedia(?) to record a working session.
No ... you can't release an Oracle Application as an 'exe'.
