Hello,
I'm having problems with a windows 2000 pro machine with oracle client and oracle network utilities.
doing a tnsping test with an administrator account we don't have problems, doing this with a normal user of the domain we get error tns-12154. this same user on other machines don't give problems.
The folder c:\oracle and all the other have there permission changed.
This machine has all patches, mdac and was reinstalled recently.
My latest move was to give this user administrator previleges on this machine and install again the oracle client. the same behavior- only administrators have success doing tnsping.
