Hi

We are facing problems to startup oracle 8i database.

Error Codes are list below :

ORA-1113 cannot open database
ORA-01034 Oracle not available
ORA-01033 insuffient privileges

pls let us know how to fix the problem, kindly help us.

check on the server, if oracle database is running.

Also check the alert.log file on oracle server.
