Hi to all of you ..
would like to ask something about the stacked canvas..
I have an application in which i need to display the records of table Emp...
but in accordance with department. '
i want that dept no is selected by user and below canvas will display all the employees for that department
I think stacked canvas be the best to display constant dept no information on top
i dont know how to do that i ahve read the doc but unable to implement it properly..
I went to property n set one as stakced and other as content..
now what to do..
when i go to window n select stacked as first choice and run it doesn show me anyhting ..
i mean how to do that .. simply its getting more confusing using the canvaases..
isnt it ..
Secondly plz tell me how to add pages in Tab canvas

Always try to do everything initially with just a content canvas.
Define the DEPT block, single record, then EMP block, multiple records, on same content canvas. Join then by defining a relationship between the two blocks - use the wizard.
Then you manage the DEPT entries on the top portion of the screen and the EMP records in the bottom portion.
What do you want to know specifically about TAB canvas?
