Hello,
i have got an quite strange Problem and hope someone here can help me.
If i shutdown a database an the start it up again, i get the following error Message:
ORA-12514:TNS:listener could not resolve SERVICE_NAME given in connect descriptor. When I then restart the Windows service of the database, everything is running fine again until I shutdown the database again. Any Ideas?
I'm using a 9.2 Standard Edition One running multiple Oracle Instances, the problem affects all of them.
Thanks in advance, Sven

Just to avoid misunderstandings, I just shutdown the database via SQLPLUS or Oracle Enterprise Manager. When I try to startup the Database I get this error. I don't restart the Server at all.
I added the listener.ora, I'll add sqlnet.ora and tnsnames.ora in different replys
