Hi,
Cannot say - it depends on too many factors. For example:
1. What platform do you run on?
2. Are you using the Enterprise, Standard or Personal Edition of the software?
3. What products/ options you install?
4. How you use the product (number of users, defined SGA size, features used, etc).
To get a guideline, read chapter 2 (Install Requirements) of your platform's Oracle Installations Guide (on the first CD).
