Hi,

You first need to install the 9.2.0 base release as documented in the Installations Guide. You should have an HTML copy on the first CD of the install media. The same Installations Guide can also be accessed from the OTN/Technet website.

When done, download the 9.2.0.4 patch-set from Metalink and install it as described in the patch-set's README file.
