Hi,
Temporary tables are created in one's default temporary tablespace. User "A" creates a temporary table inside a procedure and give execute permission to another user "B" and B executes the procedure. In which tablespace will the temporary table be created?
"B" default temporary tablespace
or
"A" default temporary tablespace

GTT takes no storage, until it is been used.
When needed it will use TEMP tablespace of the OWNER ("A" in your case).
