Hi,
I was testing some apps on Oracle server on my home PC, I was accessing from work as well, but it was crashed due to some errors in AS, and now I could start up the DB, but the problem is whenever I want to access from OEM its says you need to either startup or recover the DB. I dont have OS Credentials, I mean I did NOT created the OS user on Win xp. so how can I get rid of this. How can I start or recover the DB without OS credentials.

Make sure that the DBV containing the repository ofr OEM is up and running.
This error is for the repository database. Make it up and the problem will get resolved.
