Hello All,
Can you tell me after migration from Oracle 7.3.4 to Oracle 9.2, will packages become invalid?
If yes,why they will become invalid and what is the workaround?

Depends.
A certain feature that was available in older version may not be available in 9i.
So your CODE in procedures/packages may not work.
You may need to rewrite them or make use of adavanced featues available in 9i.
