How to make my form run from Design Editor? [message #117924]

I am using Design Editor in Module App mode to generate a form from a module and run it. It generates fine, but when it tries to run the web page comes up with page not found. It's not using the same web string that forms builder uses. How on earth do I fix this, so the form will run from within Design Editor?

Clarification - I am using Oracle 9i with Developer 9i, and I can view forms properly in Forms Builder
