Hi Gurus,
I am sending you the spool file of V$SYSSTAT view of my database.I cant understand the entries in this view and dont know which is hampering the performance of my database. I dont know on which parameters should i concentrate and try to keep the value of those parameters as low as possible.
I need suggestions from you people regarding this that on which paramteres I should concentrate so that I can have performance benefits for my database.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
V$SYSSTAT is not the best place to start looking for performance problems and potential gains. Rather take a couple of STATSPACK snapshots and analyse the output.
If you are running 10g, login to Database Control and use the ADDM facilities to analyse your database's performance.
