Hello, Plz tell me how can we restrict the user to input any value. without disabling the text item and without using the display item,
my text field is enabled. and it is text item not display item.
so now tell me how can i restrict the user from inputing any value.mean if he/she press any key from keyboard no value wshould be entered in the field.

Open the property pallete of that item.
under Database change these properties.
Query Only : YES
Insert Allowed : NO
Update Allowed : NO
