Can anyone who have used a Document Management System/Workflow system give me information on if it was helpful or just costly?

Hanlie,
I am on a project where they use Documentum. The project is just underway, but I do know they plan on using it with IBM's Websphere Application Server and Oracle on z/os. It may be a while before I can tell you how well this works, but I will try to keep you updated.
