Hi All,

I have a database link within a DB pointing to another DB which has recently been moved. Of course it's of no surprise that it no longer allows the app to do what it did.

My question is this. If I have a database link pointing to a DB on another box, how and where is it resolved?

U need to modify the tnsnames file of your source db wherein u have created the dblink toanother db with the details of the moved db
