1. For Supplier, I heard that there're interface table but they're in version
11.5.10. Is it true?
2. I found the Solution in Submit Problem but they suggest to use
AP_PO_VENDORS_APIS_PKG but I don't want to insert directly in database
3. I found the request: Open Supplier Interface Import but I don't know how to
use in version 11.5.9
4. For Employee Loading, I don't know the solutions except that to key employee
information directly in Employee Interface.

There is no Supplier API until 11.5.10. If there was a real business need for it then Oracle surely would have added it years earlier. You either have to write to the tables, fatfinger the data, or use dataload.

I believe that the Employee API is entitled Create_Employee or something similar.
