Dear sir
i am using oracle base application & the main language of the application is arabic. i install a new server and install the same version of oracle which was available in the old server. i copy the data base in new server and configure clint for that database. every data which is in the english is comming correctly but the data which is written in arabic is comming like this (??????????????).
i tried every way to solve the problem by changing
NLS_LANG to American_america.ar8mswin1256 also
to ARABIC_UNITED ARAB EMIRATED.AR8MSWIN1256
THE TEXT IN THE BLUE COLOR IS THE LANGUAGE SEETING IN THE OLD SERVER. BUT NO WAY. I ALSO CHECK
ENTERPRISE MANAGER CONSOLE FOR BOTH SERVER
OLD SERVER CONTAIN THE ARABIC DATA & NEW SERVER CONTAINS ??????? INSTEAD OF ARABIC IN THE SCEMA TABLES.
