Hello all,
We have a 9.2 database . Load on the box is very less (1.5), but middle ware (.NET) is experiencing slowness. I connected to the database and tested few queries and it looks fine to me. I suspect may be there are some network issues between oracle server and middle ware server. Can anyone give some suggestions on how to check this for oracle side before I go to the network team.
