Hi
I have a problem.. In my database Server I want to use 1/2 of my machine's physical RAM for SGA and the remaining half for Windows 2000 Server(OS) and other Oracle Processes.. How do I do it.. My server's RAM is 5GB.

Buy this book. It's the cheapest, most complete explanation you will get. If you cannot afford that, at the least, you need to learn to use the v$db_cache_advice dynamic performance view. You have to turn the advice on and let it run a while. It is one of 9i's best features.

Try it, if you want to get INTO problems.
Allocating huge SGA will not necessary help anything.
