RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Functional/Project Lead consultant positions are "hands on" lead/manager roles and consultants hired will be responsible for managing AST's Oracle Applications projects. Consultants will be required to lead implementation/upgrade projects and be responsible for client relations. The ideal candidates must have Oracle R11i E-Business Suite Application experience. Also must have strong hands-on experience as well as experience leading the team. Consultants may be also responsible for reviewing business leads and prospects with sales staff and will be responsible for proposal creation, presentations, staffing and project management.
75% - 100% Travel will be required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
----------------
- 4+ Years of experience with Oracle Applications
- Upgrade experience from 10.7 Char to 11i
- R11i implementation experience
- 6+ Years of IT experience
- At least five Oracle Applications projects
- Project Management & Leadership experience
- Good communication and people skills
- 4Year/BS degree
OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

- CPA
- Experience with Oracle Public Sector (Govt) Apps
- Experience with Self Service & Workflow
- Familiarity with Oracles AIM methodology
- Experience with papers prsentation at conferences
- Proposal writing and presentation skills
