This position requires that in addition to the data modeler skills, you will need to act as a business analyst. You will be working very closely with the business and development communities to help with decision making and data recommendations. You will need to be available to provide fundamental, functional, and process related information. You will also help determine the correct data requirements and impact analysis based on the needs of the communities listed. This company currently does not have a comprehensive information (data) architecture, so this person must have the social and technical skills to champion something brand-new.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of data modeling and data administration
- Basic DBA knowledge/understanding
- Solid business analysis
- Excellent organization, facilitation, written/verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Enterprise modeling
