Hi, i want to become a DBA, unfortunately, the only experience i have is with Access. Any suggestions anyone? I don't have the sources to do schooling. So i must do it on my own.

I myself is a beginner, first you gotta learn SQL and than pick up a book or two on PL/SQL to get a better feel of Oracle and stuff.
