I'm interested in a job that requires "familiarity" with Oracle. Don't need to be an expert. What's my best route? (I'm a typesetter from long ago, and am still in the graphics field, but looking for something different.)

i was wondering, what is oracle? I too have seen oracle designer jobs
and was wondering what it is?
