I need to get Developer (forms and reports 6i) patchset 15 for my student installation of oracle products. From what I can gather, I can only download this from the Metalink site, after paying for a support contract with Oracle. Is there any other way ?
If not, how do I go about getting this support, and how much does it cost ? (Oracle phonelines closed at the moment, being night time in Australia)

I rang oracle and they said that to get access to the downloads on the Metalink site (patchsets), I must first purchase a software license from Oracle, and then get a support package with it. Since I'm a student, this is not a practical option. I'm going to have to live with some bugs in developer is all.
