i'm studying OCDBA 9i by myself , when i finish , can i make the exam ? and be OCDBA Certify by oracle , if yes , where and how?
because in my country (Lebanon) , i must to be study in an official center to be able to make the OCDBA EXAM

if you want to be a Oracle 9i OCP(Oracle Certified professional) then you have to take one course from performance tuning/backup/network category.
But if you want to be a Oracle 9i OCA(Oracle certified Associate) then you don't have to take any class.
look at www.oracle.com/education/ocp for more details.
for Oracle 8i OCP there are no course requirments...
but those exams will be deactivated end of this year.
