including service packs ?

Depend of the Machine CPU, memory, etc. and...

Aprox:
Number of user:
5-10 users: Windows NT, 2000, ...
More than 10 less than 25: 2000 or 2000 server
More than 25: 2000 Advanced Server

Other: 9i can be instaled in workstation (NT,2000) for few users without problems
