While trying to install a patch to Oracle ADI, I get the Error: "Failed to Create Service for Net8 Client". I cannot seem to find anything referencing this. I am logged in as the local administrator to the Win2k box. Any help would be appreciated.

while installing application desktop integrator (ADI),
make sure u have selected all the products.
Certain base products may not be installed by default.
