I want to connect to Oracle database on Win2000 via Named pipes protocol. I have ORA-12514 error.
It says about the protocol adapter error and also it says that there is no listenet but i have added new listener and also configured it.
can u help me...or if there is any site which can give me these problems solved....then please give me them.
