I have a much simpler solution. All you have to do is this:

Copy the entire CD to a folder on your hard drive.

Go to <new folder>stageComponents
oracle.swd.jre1.1.7.301DataFiles
Expandedjrewin32binsymcjit.dll

rename symcjit.dll to symcjit.dll.ori

Problem solved.
