I have built an absolute vanilla machine and have this problem on two machines one has been around awhile. Have you had any luck? This is so annoying

i have a p4 - 128 mb ram machine with windows nt 4.00
i have installed oracle 8 component one by one ,
when i was at the level of oracle 8.0.0.3, that time it installed and foung message saying that now oracle database creation - ok, then i got a screen of database loader and suddenly i found the error on the screen saying0 Exception Access Violation (0x0000005), Address:0x3d09e4ed"
so please give me solution.
i have installed nt service pack 5
