Congratulations, because I am still struggling to instal Oracle 816 PE in my laptop, which have Windows ME installed. What miracle have you done? The Oracle Universal Installer stops in the second screen, claiming that it cannot reach or access the staging area, but the source and destination paths are OK. Can you help me on that? Thanks a lot.
